Every plan includes a mobile-friendly booking page with your branding, booking without a client account, email confirmation and one scheduled reminder, client add-to-calendar links, cancellation and reschedule requests, and email updates when appointments change. Clients verify access to manage their visit, and your booking and cancellation policies still apply. Email delivery requires an enabled channel and valid contact details.

Free includes one active bookable professional, up to 100 bookings created each month, a hosted booking website with your branding, the owner calendar, client records, booking approval, email reminders, and verified client portal access. The booking page keeps the Schedl badge. No credit card is required to start free.

The monthly limit counts appointments created in your workspace during its local calendar month, rather than appointments taking place that month. Both online and manually entered bookings count. Professional limits apply to active bookable professionals; pending professional invitations also reserve capacity.

Email reminders are free on every plan. Texts and WhatsApp use message credits: Starter includes 1,000 a month and Pro 3,000. No plan has unlimited texts. A text to a US or Canadian number uses about 3 credits, WhatsApp about 1, and email is free. Prices differ by country. You can buy extra credits (from 1,000 for $15), and on Free or Solo a bought pack turns on texts and WhatsApp. When credits run out, reminders go by email. Delivery needs an enabled channel, valid contact details, and the client's permission. A send uses credits even if the phone company later fails to deliver it.

Your booking website is hosted on Schedl. You can add your business details, logo, cover image, services, team, and colors on every plan. Solo, Starter, and Pro also remove the Schedl badge. Connecting your own domain is not part of the published offering.

Appointment deposits and service-payment checkout are not currently available. Collect payments through your existing payment provider. Your Schedl subscription pays for scheduling software; reports show appointment values, not money collected. Schedl does not charge a marketplace commission on bookings.

Solo, Starter and Pro let you subscribe to a read-only feed of confirmed Schedl appointments in a compatible calendar app. External calendar changes and busy times do not sync back. Pro also lets your team create a recurring appointment series inside Schedl; this is repeat scheduling, not recurring client billing.
