This policy describes how Schedl handles information used to provide appointment booking, workspace, billing, and transactional messaging features.

Who operates Schedl

Schedl is operated by I. MARIN, obrt za usluge, vl. Ines Marin, Kijevska 5, 21000 Split, Croatia, EU, OIB 91775270726, which is the controller for information processed to run Schedl. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@slotturn.com.

Information processed

  • Account and workspace details supplied by Schedl customers.
  • Booking details such as client name, phone number, email address, selected service, professional, requested time, and optional notes.
  • Communication preferences, opt-in choices, opt-out events, and delivery records for transactional email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Messages sent through the Schedl contact and help forms: your name, email address, and what you wrote, plus a phone number, business name, or business type if you add them, and your workspace name when you ask for help from your account.
  • Subscription and payment status supplied by Stripe. Schedl does not store full payment-card numbers.
  • Technical and security information needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.
  • Website analytics information such as visited pages, interaction events, browser and device details, and approximate location derived from network information.

How information is used

We use information to provide booking and workspace features, deliver transactional appointment messages chosen by the user, maintain subscriptions, prevent abuse, support customers, and improve service reliability. We also use website analytics to understand navigation, registrations, and checkout starts. Schedl does not treat transactional messaging consent as consent to receive marketing messages.

Optional analytics and setup recordings

If you accept analytics, Schedl uses Google Analytics and Zoho PageSense to understand navigation and improve business setup. PageSense can record masked interactions on reviewed business setup screens. We exclude authentication, client appointment records, payment pages, and private booking-management links from session recording. Form values and personal details are masked; we do not send your account identity or entered text to PageSense.

Schedl also stores limited setup interaction events, such as the step visited, a save attempt, or a predefined error category, for up to 90 days. These records help authorized platform administrators investigate unfinished setup. Reviewing them does not log into your account or change your settings. Your saved business configuration and operational completion records remain available independently of optional analytics.

Accepting analytics is optional. You can decline and continue using all features, or change your choice using Analytics preferences below. Withdrawal reloads the page to stop already-loaded tracking scripts. PageSense recordings expire according to the recording retention period of our active PageSense plan; contact us to request deletion earlier.

Service providers and sharing

Information is shared only as needed to operate the service, including with hosting and infrastructure providers, Stripe for billing, ZeptoMail for email, Twilio for SMS, Infobip for WhatsApp, and Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Zoho PageSense for website measurement. Messages sent through our contact and help forms are stored in Zoho CRM so our team can reply, and live chat on our website runs on Zoho SalesIQ, which keeps chat transcripts. SalesIQ records which pages a visitor views only if you accept analytics. A workspace business can access the booking records submitted to its booking page. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Optional AI assistance is off unless a business turns it on. When it does, the text needed for the chosen feature, such as a client's latest chat messages or the words typed into a booking suggestion, is sent to Anthropic to sort it into fixed choices. Email addresses, phone numbers and links are removed first. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models, and AI never sends free-written replies to clients.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

Retention and choices

Workspace businesses control their client and appointment records. Schedl retains records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. You can reply STOP to an SMS to opt out, use available booking controls, contact the business that collected your booking, or email us about a privacy request. We may need to verify the request or direct it to the relevant workspace business.

Security and updates

Schedl uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change and will publish the updated date on this page.
