Professional availability and service times
Set working hours, time off, and the services each professional can perform. Use service durations, buffer time, minimum notice, and a booking window to control which appointment times clients can request.
How it works and what to expect
Availability checks the professional's schedule and existing Schedl appointments. The calendar helps the team review requests, record arrivals, reschedule visits, and see what needs attention. It schedules people; it does not provide separate room, chair, equipment, or service-bay capacity management.

Client records and CSV import
Keep contact details and appointment history with the business that serves the client. Import a client CSV with a preview so you can review entries before saving them. This helps move your contact list into Schedl without entering each record by hand.
How it works and what to expect
A client import is not a complete migration of another booking system. Review future appointments separately, confirm professional schedules, and check messaging permissions before sharing your new booking link. Existing customer consent still matters when you change software.

Appointment reports and calendar subscriptions
Review booking volume, completed visits, cancellations, no-shows, service and professional activity, and reminder outcomes. Export appointment reports as CSV for your own analysis. Monetary totals represent appointment values by currency, not payments collected or accounting revenue.
How it works and what to expect
Subscribe to a workspace or professional calendar feed in a compatible calendar app. This is a read-only view of confirmed Schedl appointments. Refresh timing depends on the receiving app; external calendar edits and busy times do not flow back into Schedl.
Pro
Repeat appointments and waitlist offers
Your team can create a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly appointment series and preview the dates before saving. Each series contains 2 to 24 appointments. This supports repeat service visits without promising client subscriptions, recurring payments, or automatic billing.
How it works and what to expect
Let clients join a waitlist when the time they want is unavailable. When a cancellation creates a suitable opening, Schedl can offer the slot with a time limit for accepting it. Enable the waitlist and configure message delivery before inviting clients to join.
