Can I price by dog size or breed?+
Yes. Create a separate service for each size or coat type, with its own price and duration. Per-groomer prices are not available yet.
Can customers add their pet's details?+
Customers can add the pet's name, breed, and notes to the appointment. Dedicated pet profiles and vaccination records are not available yet.
Can I book two pets from the same household?+
Book each pet as its own appointment, or create a combined service with the full time both need.
Can I take a deposit for no-shows?+
Slot Turn does not collect deposits or appointment payments. Use manual approval and reminders, and take any deposit through the payment method you already use.
Do customers need an account to book?+
No. Customers book with their name and contact details, without an app or a password.
Slot Turn helps you run bookings and talk to clients. It does not replace your legal cancellation policy, payment provider terms, or regulated-industry compliance requirements.
