Can I review color-service requests before confirming?+
Yes. Requests can remain pending until the owner reviews and confirms them. Schedl keeps appointment payments separate, so use your existing payment method if needed.
Can each stylist set their own working hours?+
Absolutely. Every stylist has independent weekly availability, time-off, and service list. Clients only see slots that work for the stylist they picked.
Will clients need to create an account to book?+
No. Your portal lets clients book in a few clicks — name, phone, email, done. No app download, no password.
Does Schedl support commission tracking?+
Not yet. Appointments identify the stylist, but payroll and commission reporting are not included in the current plans.
Can I offer different prices for senior stylists?+
Prices are currently set per service for the workspace. You can list a separate senior-stylist service, but per-stylist price overrides are not available yet.
How should I set up a color appointment with a cut?+
Create a combined service with the full appointment duration and price, then assign the stylists who provide it. Clients book one service per appointment. Schedl does not split a color appointment into separate processing and cutting stages or reserve shared chairs and equipment.
Schedl helps shape the booking workflow and client communication. It does not replace your legal cancellation policy, payment provider terms, or regulated-industry compliance requirements.
