Can I show different services only during certain hours?+
Not by service yet. Each mechanic can have working hours and time off, and each service has a duration, but per-service time windows are not currently available.
Can I collect a diagnostic fee before the appointment?+
Schedl does not collect booking payments. Use owner approval for diagnostic requests and charge through your existing payment method.
Can customers describe their vehicle problem at booking?+
Customers can add appointment notes with the problem description. Dedicated vehicle fields are not available yet.
Does it integrate with my shop management software?+
Direct shop-management integrations and a public integration API are not available. Schedl manages appointment requests, mechanic availability, reminders, and client appointment links; job cards, parts, and invoicing stay in your shop system.
Schedl helps shape the booking workflow and client communication. It does not replace your legal cancellation policy, payment provider terms, or regulated-industry compliance requirements.
